POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Specialist at Zoner Oy plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's narrative and promoting its brand across various sectors and initiatives.

This individual will ensure a unified branding message and marketing materials for all divisions within Zoner Oy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all social media platforms for Zoner Oy, including strategy development and content creation. Collaborate with creative partners to manage these accounts as needed.
  • Website Management: Handle all aspects of Zoner Oy's websites, including content creation and regular updates.
  • Email Campaigns: Coordinate email marketing efforts, managing the email database and collaborating with various divisions to strategize, create content, and execute campaigns aligned with divisional objectives.
Creative and Branding Support
  • Assist in graphic design, presentation development, and copywriting.
  • Utilize photography and videography to effectively communicate Zoner Oy's story and support sales strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for creative partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects and divisions of Zoner Oy.
Promotional Strategies
  • Devise promotional strategies for Zoner Oy and its divisions, focusing on significant milestones and new development projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events, including advertising and event execution.
  • Serve as the media liaison for events.
  • Support recruitment efforts through advertising and strategic relationship building.
Project Management
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives across divisions.

Public Relations
  • Assist in drafting public statements as necessary.
  • Respond to media inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and related activities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
