Strategic Program Manager, Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Program Manager to join our Growth team at Atlassian. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our Program Management function and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and product areas, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate high-volume and high-complexity dependencies and risks between teams, aligning stakeholders and escalating as necessary.
- Develop and report on success metrics for programs, including major risks and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product and delivery strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
- Facilitate technical discussions to unblock program outcomes, applying your technical expertise to support and negotiate delivery timelines.
- Advocate for best practices in program management, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- 7+ years of program leadership experience on software teams as a Program Manager.
- Proven track record of leading projects spanning multiple teams in multiple time zones, covering all aspects of program management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of modern SaaS architecture, development, and operational experience.
- Experience working with experimentation teams and A/B testing, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
- Foundational technical knowledge to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholders.
At Atlassian, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $221,500 - $295,300, depending on location and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
