Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead proposal teams to create high-quality, compliant proposals that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage proposal schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop and maintain proposal processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to proposal team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing proposal strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the government contracting space.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Association for Proposal Management Professional (APMP).
  • Experience using SharePoint and MS Teams in collaborative proposal development efforts.
