Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team at Alpha Vending LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our field sales and support teams, as well as our current business accounts. Your primary focus will be on streamlining and leading our local field teams, conducting process and inventory/stock audits, and recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a team of sales representatives in the Greater Philadelphia area.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the existing network of clients, identify new partners, suppliers, and distributors, and negotiate business and technical terms.
  • Cultivate relationships with key players and platform holders in the technology and manufacturing industries.
  • Be responsible for deal pipeline by identifying opportunities that support strategic business priorities with business partners and suppliers.
  • Prioritize and monitor expenditures to ensure operational stability of implemented businesses.
  • Direct the installation, regular service, and technical maintenance of product hardware and software.
  • Research industrial and commercial processes improvement opportunities and provide estimations of potential benefits.
  • Regular review, control, and improvement of existing and newly set-up accounts.
  • Coordination and regular audit of technical and collector services teams, establishing KPIs and monitoring progress on agreed objectives.
  • Regular location visits, audits for service and marketing compliance.
  • Data analysis of financial accounts and locations performance, preparation of periodical performance reports to stakeholders and management team.
  • Hiring, subject and field training, and line-management of field staff, ensuring they follow company procedures and are accountable for work done.
  • Answering customer support phone line and chat enquiries, acting as an escalation point for customer complaints.
  • Logging all account audit results and notes into company CRM system.
  • Warehouse stock purchasing control.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Your own car and valid Driver's License (work-related gas, tolls, and parking compensated).
  • Previous experience as a Field Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Confidence and experience in building and maintaining relationships with business owners and managers at locations.
  • Good knowledge of operations and territory management.
  • Proven track record in training and managing technical support and client services teams or field sales representatives.
  • Experience in using CRM and other mobile applications to increase transparency of service.
  • Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills.
