Job Overview

Ken Quach - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Insurance sales experience or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
