About the Role

We're seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to accelerate Spark Advisors' growth trajectory by building out our presence in key markets. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will lead the sales strategy in your assigned market, focusing on recruiting new Medicare agencies to partner with Spark.

Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for Spark.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the Medicare industry. You will be passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned market
  • Build and maintain relationships with Medicare agencies, carriers, and providers
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to amplify Spark's brand awareness in your market
  • Work closely with our Agent Success team to onboard and service contracted agencies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue
  • Strong relationships with Medicare agencies, carriers, and providers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
