Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Consultant to join our team as a Senior Associate Intern. As a key member of our integrated team, you'll execute and deliver across a variety of consulting projects. Strong candidates will possess project management and quantitative and qualitative skills, with a keen interest in business growth and strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development of strategic direction for projects, identifying and designing appropriate methodologies and frameworks to address key project objectives;
  • Conducting primary and secondary research and analyses to inform business decisions;
  • Participating in internal discussions that build insights from the analysis process;
  • Developing sections of client presentations, reports, and other deliverables;
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analyses and recommendations;
  • Deepening your knowledge of consulting methodologies and the assigned practice and industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of business growth and strategy, and to work with a talented team of experts. As most of our work is performed in the office, minimal travel is required.

Desired Qualifications

We're looking for first-year MBA students with a strong background in economics, finance, physical or biological sciences, engineering/sustainability, or any other major focused on quantitative or qualitative research. Previous experience in a similar role, or a keen interest in business growth and strategy, is a must. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:

  • First-year MBA students with a strong academic record and a graduation date of December 2025 or Summer 2026;
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience prior to enrolling in the MBA program;
  • Experience with or a keen interest in the sector of focus (energy, life sciences/healthcare, finance, or strategic management);
  • Previous client service experience, including managing relationships, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations;
  • Staff and project management experience, including budgeting and project planning/management.

We're looking for individuals who are curious and analytical, with a passion for business growth and strategy. If you're a strong communicator with excellent written and oral skills, and a demonstrated interest in consulting, we want to hear from you.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
