Job Summary:
At Broadway National Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails from clients and vendors
Coordinating daily services with facility managers, customers, and technicians
Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and reviewing with account management
Maintaining high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
Managing all aspects of each job and taking accountability for each service provided

Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
National retail and facility maintenance experience preferred

Pay Range:
$20 - $22 per hour
