Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and performing tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts.
- Provide sales and service support to customers, including assisting with equipment returns and swaps, and performing non-sales customer service transactions.
- Support the onboarding of new customers, providing education and training on our products and services, and assisting with account setup and data transfer.
- Assist with inventory and merchandising responsibilities, including checking and inspecting the back of the store, and assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Participate in sales and service initiatives, including promoting products and services, and driving sales growth through effective sales and service strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of work experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time, with frequent movement and bending.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $27,720.00-$45,540.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
