Job Title: Head Golf Professional

Invited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Golf Professional to join our team at Wind Watch Golf and Country Club in Hauppauge, New York. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for promoting the game of golf and providing a "first-class" environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement golf operations department budgets, including forecasts, to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Oversee all golf operations, including golf carts, bag room, locker room, golf shop, special tournaments, and member/guest events.
  • Hire, train, and develop all staff to ensure exceptional service and high-quality golf experiences.
  • Develop aggressive golf revenue sales, marketing, and net revenue plans to drive business growth.
  • Implement successful programs and initiatives to exceed member expectations and drive business success.
About You:
  • PGA/LPGA professional certification completion.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proven history of team management, organizational, and coaching skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of expense control, payroll, and forecasting.
  • Experience with tee sheets and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with members, employees, and guests.
