Business Development Manager

Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing new business relationships and growing our top strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in alignment with our target market.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Five plus years of verifiable business development success in the southern Wisconsin market.
- Strong understanding of contracting services (plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection markets) and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships with a consultative sales approach.
- Results-oriented with a track record of establishing new accounts and growing existing accounts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field.
