Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting new and maintaining existing customer relationships, engaging with decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Your Role & Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Engage with C-suite executives, vice presidents, directors, managers, and peer-level associates to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize innovative methods such as lead generation, video marketing, and social media to reach clients and prospects.
- Provide consultative account management, post-sale support, and frequent contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead strategic market-related conversations with customers and present and upsell additional products based on client needs.
- A competitive spirit and a love for challenges.
- The ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization.
- The capability to build and grow a book of business in your own local territory.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods.
