Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AMSOIL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage and execute sales proposals, trainings, and technical presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Utilize CRM to track and manage leads, prospects, and new account information.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on customer performance, sales activity, and expenses.
  • Work closely with internal functions to support customer needs and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 or more years of successful sales territory management experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working remotely from a home office and giving B2B presentations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable for driving company vehicles.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including days, overnights, and flying.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Industrial lubrication knowledge and OEM sales experience.
  • Dealer program management and experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
