Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Mary Bolger, LLC. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Founder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Founder
  • Screen and direct all phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Oversee office supplies, vendors, and assist with company events, providing a warm welcome to clients
  • Assist with personal tasks, demonstrating discretion and strong attention to detail
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Mac is essential, and previous experience in hospitality and customer service is highly preferred. A 4-year degree is also highly valued. Salary range: $80-100K.
