About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and building a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop direct reports to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and share the value of digital banking
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Requirements
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
