Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

The Executive Assistant to the C-Suite provides exceptional administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders at Wiggin and Dana LLP. This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication skills, and advanced technical abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage the COO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely filing in the firm's file management system.
- Develop and distribute correspondence, presentations, and other documents, utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Organize and prepare meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- Provide critical support to the COO, including preparing for meetings, taking notes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- At least five years of experience supporting executive-level professionals in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of firm personnel, clients, and vendors.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
