Project Manager/Executive Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support an individual in a media company based in New Canaan, CT.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and be able to optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling
  • Organize and book travel arrangements, schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed
  • Project planning and logistics coordination, assist with taking notes in meetings and creating pitches
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures, anticipate needs and provide administrative support and project management tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be tech savvy, ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
  • Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and creative programs
