We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at ARCXIS. As a Client Service Specialist, you will serve as a communication point between our company and field personnel, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and monitor information from our operation software to determine daily routes for field inspectors.
- Effectively schedule visits while following established procedures.
- Monitor client construction schedules regularly to schedule data collection visits accordingly.
- Proactively communicate with clients and coworkers regarding any issues with a home to maximize our customer service experience.
- Confirm all visits for a particular day are assigned appropriately based on geography and workload distribution.
- Track information relating to field inspections and any issues that arise.
- Help management stay in touch with builders regarding missing and/or needed information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years general office experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years direct experience in planning and prioritizing daily schedules.
- Proven experience in data entry.
- Above-average typing skills (WPM).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Above-average knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of construction management and contractor scheduling software a plus.
- General construction knowledge a plus.
- Ability to perform data entry in multiple forms of software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
