About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team at First Coast Smiles. As a Business Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our front office operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive first impression of our team
  • Manage front office duties, including communication with patients and insurance companies
  • Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
  • File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
  • Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
  • Partner with providers and team to implement systems to optimize office potential

Qualifications
