Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team in Lakeland. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our dental office, ensuring seamless patient experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of patient information.
  • Schedule appointments, conduct insurance verification, and provide additional support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in dental software, patient communication, and office operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office environment, with expertise in HMO and PPO insurance.
  • Proficiency in dental software, specifically Dentrix.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills required.
