Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team in Lake Worth. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, and conducting insurance verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Conduct insurance verification and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide additional support and assistance to the patient services team as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance.
  • Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
