We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective workforce management strategies to optimize contact center performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce management plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage and analyze contact center data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workforce management strategies
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics tools to measure workforce management performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective workforce management strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based workforce management solutions
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration and PowerShell Scripting
  • BI Reporting experience
