We are seeking a skilled Workforce Central Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Workforce Central Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Workforce Central, a payroll application, and providing expertise in payroll and approval configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Workforce Central from a pay practice perspective
  • Creating pay rules, approving profiles and policies, experience with labor levels and organizational maps
  • Scheduling and forecasting experience within Workforce Central
  • Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) experience
  • Communication, sharp personality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions product
  • Workforce Central conversion to Dimensions
  • Dimensions analytics knowledge

Day-to-Day:

This team is working on an implementation of UKG Dimensions as they will be moving away from Kronos Workforce Central as their payroll application.

They need someone to work solely on the Workforce Central side as the team focuses more on the new product.

They are looking for someone that has knowledge and experience in using Workforce Central with payroll and approval configurations as well as someone with knowledge using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).

Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit onsite in Charlotte, NC for 3 days each week
