About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales Agent to join our team at Lexus Escondido. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering and growing a loyal customer base through exceptional telephone interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone Sales: Utilize your exceptional telephone etiquette and sales skills to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Exceptional telephone etiquette is crucial for success in this role.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or scheduling sales appointments.
  • Client Rapport: Ability to establish instant rapport with clients.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Learning & Attitude: Quick learner with a resilient, proactive attitude.
  • Professionalism: Professional demeanor with the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and adept at resolving issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with efficient typing and writing skills.
  • Organization: Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
