We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Members: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Enforce the Judgement Free Zone: Ensure that our members feel comfortable and supported in our fitness centers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, exceeding their expectations.
  • Facilitate Membership Sales: Promote sales of memberships and tanning lotions, and assist with new member sign-ups.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that the front desk area and surrounding areas are clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use basic computer software and systems.
  • Passion for Fitness and Health: A genuine interest in fitness and health is essential.
  • Upbeat and Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude is required to provide exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
