Job Overview

The Fitness Brand Representative is essential in enhancing membership growth and elevating brand visibility. This position focuses on generating leads, showcasing our gym's offerings, and converting potential clients into members. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and marketing, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for fitness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential leads through events, social media outreach, community engagement, and networking opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract new prospects.
  • Sales Conversion: Deliver engaging presentations and tours of the gym to prospective members. Clearly articulate the benefits of membership and close sales to meet monthly objectives.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at local events, health fairs, and community activities. Enhance brand visibility and foster positive perceptions of our gym's services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and new members. Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high conversion rate to memberships.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers. Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, sales performance, and other key metrics. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the fitness or wellness sector. Experience in lead generation and sales conversion is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to engage with diverse audiences and cultivate relationships.
  • Attitude: Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented with a genuine passion for fitness and wellness. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
