Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at TEEMA. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling our company's products and/or related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and account penetration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Hazardous Waste Management sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Driven and highly self-motivated.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong industry knowledge preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
