Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wellness Studio Associate to join our team at Pause Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wellness services, and maintaining a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet clients, thoroughly explain our services, and answer questions to build a positive relationship with every client
  • Actively promote Pause services and packages based on client needs and mastery of the Pause wellness philosophy
  • Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events
  • Manage our POS/appointment software
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the studio, including reception and restrooms
Requirements
  • One year of experience in fitness, wellness, customer service, or a related field
  • High School graduate or equivalent

Physical Requirements/Environment
  • Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
  • Frequent repetitive movements
  • Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • Continuous exposure to moderate noise
  • Frequent walking and standing on hard surfaces
  • Frequent movement, lifting, or carrying of weight up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent use of chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, adhesives, paints, and cleaners
