We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Sheraton San Diego Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless stays for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and route them accordingly in a timely, professional, and polite manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor GXP throughout the shift for customer care cases, guest chats, and work orders.
  • Book reservations for guests and assist with check-out, including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, and accepting various forms of payment.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area attractions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
