About the Role

The Guest Services Supervisor is a key member of our team at Pacific Terrace Hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations at the Front Desk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently
  • Manage Front Desk procedures, maintaining smooth and efficient operations in accordance with hotel standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist in the training of Guest Service Representatives and maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
  • Perform other duties as required to achieve exceptional guest service and teamwork

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of prior customer service experience
  • Open shift availability, including weekends
