Job Title: Guest Services Manager

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to oversee all aspects of our parking operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage valet parking operations to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain Forbes guest service standards and prioritize client relationships
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional performance
  • Manage budget and revenue collection, systems management, and guest and team member safety
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree, High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant working experience
  • 2+ years in a management position, preferably in valet parking
  • Valid US Drivers License and experience with HRIS platforms
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
