Job Summary:
Go Intellects Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead the Release Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives within our Project Management Office (PMO). This pivotal role is essential for driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the various components of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the PMO.
  • Facilitate and manage quality improvement efforts, ensuring they align with corporate goals.
  • Implement goal alignment activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects aimed at waste reduction and quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular release meetings to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Drive a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and quality.
  • Lead project management transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with project management standards.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project-related issues.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing complex projects, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and experience in vendor management. Familiarity with district policies and procedures is essential.
