Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced event professional to enhance the growth of CyberArk's two primary experiential initiatives: corporate events and the CyberArk Experience Center (CEC). This role offers the chance to establish a premier event content program that will provide a highly tailored customer experience and shape the future of events for years to come.

Your responsibilities will encompass the creation and implementation of content for our array of strategic programs (e.g., flagship events, industry conferences, global kickoffs, etc.) and client meetings. You will articulate a clear vision for elevating storytelling on a global platform, including crafting distinctive event messaging to help us meet our objectives, engage audiences, and generate leads. Additionally, you will oversee the content process from inception to completion, which includes industry research, theme development, defining session types, curating agendas, sourcing speakers, and ensuring the delivery of all content materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Events
  • Develop and execute the content strategy for all CyberArk events with significant attendance.
  • Define content scopes, including goals and objectives (session volume, formatting, etc.) that align with each event.
  • Bring agendas to life through engaging content across our hybrid, digital, and in-person event formats.
  • Create a content timeline and project plan for each program: pre-event, during the event, and post-event.
  • Manage and oversee the launch of all content-related portals (e.g., Presenter Resource Center).
  • Collaborate with external speaker bureaus or partners to recommend and secure talent.
  • Communicate clearly and directly with all presenters, providing onsite speaker support.
  • Establish a process to oversee all aspects of event content and presentation development (coaching speakers).
  • Work with cross-functional teams (corporate communications, product marketing, field marketing, etc.) to deliver effective copy and develop the content marketing strategy for global event campaigns to drive audience engagement.
  • Ensure messaging and narratives are compelling and articulate CyberArk's vision, products, and thought leadership.
  • Draft and execute event abstracts, landing pages (agenda on event websites), presentation decks, and scripts.
  • Consult with Learning & Development leaders to create content for CyberArk's certification or academy programs.
  • Manage video on demand (VOD) and coordinate with other teams to repackage content to extend the life of events and return on investment.
  • Track, measure, and report results on all content offerings based on attendee feedback.
  • Present event content plans confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct efficient, effective, and well-organized workshops and meetings.
  • Create high-quality departmental briefs and program reports.
  • Occasional travel may be required to CyberArk's global offices and events.
CyberArk Experience Center(s)
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (sales, customer success, product, marketing) to develop enablement materials.
  • Create standard (and sometimes customized) agendas that promote the adoption of CyberArk services.
  • Build a comprehensive and diverse speaker database.
Qualifications:

What You Need to Succeed:
  • 10+ years of experience in a content management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, broadcast journalism, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in crafting content for various event formats—hybrid, digital, and in-person.
  • Experience working on a global team across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills along with strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening abilities.
  • Strong project management, expense management, change management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire individuals at all levels—training and coaching teams and executives.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and sudden changes.
  • Familiarity with event and mobile app platforms (e.g., RainFocus, etc.).
  • Expertise in audience analytics, audience development, and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, well-organized, energetic, positive, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to invest additional hours during peak event seasons.
  • Extensive knowledge of current events, B2B trends, and industry metrics/best practices.
