Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering and IT department.
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Maintain digital records of repairs, safety inspections, and manuals.
  • Coordinate communications between engineering and other departments.
  • Assist with parts inventory, purchasing records, and budgets.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
  • Track employee training requirements and certifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and vendors.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.

Compensation Package
