Salary Information

Job Description


This Clinical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating clinical and operational activities for the inpatient department. Key responsibilities include assisting with planning, implementing, and evaluating hospital unit objectives, standards, and policies; scheduling personnel and reviewing staff schedules; and facilitating day-to-day operations of the unit. The successful candidate will also assist the manager with activities related to staff, safety, and patient experience. Required Skills and Qualifications


To be considered for this position, you should have at least 0-2 years of RN experience and a Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. You must also possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams will serve you well in this role.
