About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records of community operations.

About the Role:

  • As an Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the community. This includes coordinating maintenance requests, conducting resident orientations, and processing rent payments.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of community operations, including resident information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct resident orientations and provide tours of the community.
  2. Process rent payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  3. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  4. Maintain accurate records of community operations, including resident information and maintenance requests.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
