We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport North. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Administration: Support the employment process by screening applicants, verifying paperwork, and conducting reference checks.">
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.">
  • Training and Communications: Coordinate training sessions and ensure effective communication among staff members.">
  • Benefit Administration: Manage all benefit administration tasks, including group health insurance, vacation, sick leave, and retirement plans.">
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of new hires, terminations, transfers, department meetings, turnover reports, and other important events.">

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.">
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in hotel operations or human resources.">
  • Skill Set: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.">
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience).">
