Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers and superintendents with operational tasks, including document control, tracking and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative activities to support field operations.
Skill Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in general office, administrative or related work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
