Role Responsibilities

As an off-site team, we focus on building relationships with dog parents over the phone, assisting with customer service, sales, and light billing tasks. We act as a virtual front desk, enhancing the experience for dog parents while allowing our on-site teams to concentrate on providing exceptional care for the dogs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the benefits of dog daycare, motivated to convert inquiries into enrollments, and adept at handling various administrative tasks. You will serve as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey, always seeking innovative ways to enhance the experience for both dogs and their owners.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15.50 to $18 per hour

Hours: 35-40 hours/week, with weekend availability required.
