Job SummaryAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for helping patients heal using TMS treatment. You will build relationships with patients based on gratitude, provide one-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment, and work autonomously to determine goals and best coaching strategies.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with patients based on gratitude
- Provide one-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
- Work autonomously to determine goals and best coaching strategies
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong customer service mindset
- Three years' work experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
