Job Overview

Your Role

In this position, you will:

  1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value subscription accounts.
  2. Establish and maintain robust relationships with our attorney clients through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails.
  3. Oversee client interactions, monitor account health, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to prepare accounts for renewal.
  4. Present tailored proposals and engage in pricing discussions with renewing clients.
  5. Strategically promote increased utilization of our services within each firm to maximize retention.
  6. Work in tandem with our Medical and Research teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  7. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a strategic approach to delivering superior service.
  8. Stay informed on the latest trends and developments within the legal industry.
  9. Assist fellow Customer Success and Sales team members with various tasks and projects as required.
