Join Our Team as a Health Actuary

Milliman's Seattle Health Practice is seeking an experienced Health Actuary to join our team. As a Health Actuary, you will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, managing projects, and supervising actuarial students and less-experienced actuaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare data to inform business decisions
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Supervise actuarial students and less-experienced actuaries in the completion of technical aspects of actuarial projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Seven to ten years of healthcare actuarial experience
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Some knowledge of SAS, SQL, or R

  • A competitive salary range of $98,000 - $204,000
