About the Role

Aon is seeking a skilled Health Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Health Solutions team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to support health and welfare benefits strategies for our clients.

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from a local office. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about helping our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis
  • Own vendor management and conduct plan document reviews
  • Manage client issues with Account Executive oversight and support the team to resolve client issues
  • Coach and guide junior staff to ensure their growth and development
Requirements
  • Three plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and possess strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and strong presentation skills
