About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuary (FSA) to join our Seattle Health Practice team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex actuarial analysis, developing and implementing healthcare consulting solutions, and collaborating with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement actuarial models to analyze healthcare data and inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored consulting solutions
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Supervise and mentor junior actuaries to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • FSA designation
  • 7-10 years of healthcare actuarial experience, with a focus on data analysis and consulting
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in SAS, SQL, or R a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
