Actuary (FSA) - Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Actuary (FSA) to join our Seattle Health Practice team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex actuarial analysis, developing and implementing healthcare consulting solutions, and collaborating with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement actuarial models to analyze healthcare data and inform business decisions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored consulting solutions
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Supervise and mentor junior actuaries to develop their skills and expertise
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
- FSA designation
- 7-10 years of healthcare actuarial experience, with a focus on data analysis and consulting
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in SAS, SQL, or R a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
