Role Overview: Become an integral part of our team as a Client Relations and Support Specialist. This position plays a vital role in nurturing robust client connections and delivering outstanding support. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating client loyalty and addressing inquiries with a constructive attitude.
This is a full-time, hybrid role that allows for a flexible work environment with periodic in-person engagements. Initial training will be conducted in person.
Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, professionally addressing their needs and concerns
- Inform clients about our services and ensure they recognize the benefits
- Foster client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Swiftly and effectively resolve client issues
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth task execution
- Gather testimonials, referrals, and online feedback
- Formulate strategies to boost client satisfaction
- Evaluate feedback for service enhancement
- Oversee CRM system to maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in client relations or a related field
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships
- Positive outlook and resilience in facing challenges
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with CRM systems
