Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. This role will be responsible for managing daily operations of the employer recruiting space, including classrooms, conference rooms, and interview suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the interview suite, including opening and closing, and provide front desk coverage as needed.
  • Maintain the physical condition of common spaces, equipment, marketing assets, materials, and supplies.
  • Ensure the interview suite is appropriately staffed and develop processes to cultivate positive recruiting experiences for employers and students.
  • Evaluate and respond to inbound employer inquiries via phone and email, directing them to appropriate recruiting resources.
  • Engage in recruiting calls to advise employers on recruiting timelines and interview strategies.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide employer feedback to enhance recruiting success rates.
  • Coordinate requests and logistics for virtual and on-campus recruiting events and fairs.
  • Liaise between employers, campus partners, TCE staff, and students to support holistic recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and campus-wide recruiting efforts using cloud-based software platforms.
  • Assist in developing and ensuring compliance with recruiting procedures and guidelines.
  • Supervise student staff and maintain accuracy of recruiting databases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud-based software platforms and event coordination is a plus.
