Client Service Administrator

Position Overview:
In the role of Client Service Administrator, you will manage client inquiries, oversee data management systems, and prepare for client meetings. Essential skills for success in this position include exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive engagement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in the Financial or Insurance sectors
- Background working with a Financial Advisor in a dynamic office environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Preferred: Texas Life Insurance License or Series 65
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client service inquiries
- Facilitate the processing of new business applications and updates
- Maintain a systematic filing structure
- Support client meetings and events
- Ensure adherence to compliance and operational efficiency

Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience
