Job Summary:

RPM Living is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our corporate operations and marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to the Client Services Sales team to assist and serve our clients and the company on new business opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain Client Services library of support resources.
  • Significant project management of new business projects, maintaining daily contact with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, ensuring we deliver cohesive and comprehensive deliverables for our clients.
  • Provide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communication.
  • Track multiple moving pieces across various projects while managing overall workflow, emphasizing both attention to detail and organization.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines for all new business initiatives.
  • Assist as a liaison between the client and company team members.
  • Assist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the process.
  • Develop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials to clients in numerous markets.
  • Participate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations.
  • Shop competitors for potential projects, when needed.
  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral.
  • Stay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trends.
  • Assist with department projects as needed.
  • Assist with client specific deliverables, reporting, and market research.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Experience may substitute for education.
  • Two years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in real estate or multifamily.
  • Property Management experience preferred.

Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
