About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services team. As a Claims Adjuster - Deployed, you will be responsible for handling homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from natural disasters and/or weather-related events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with insureds to explain coverage and estimate damages
  • Provide Remarkable service to customers throughout the claims process
  • Travel extensively throughout the U.S. with our Weather Catastrophe Claims Services team
  • Reside in or relocate to designated states to meet historical weather demand areas
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
  • Physical agility to perform tasks such as walking, bending, and climbing ladders
  • Ability to utilize equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
  • May be required to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST)
  • A valid driver's license is required
Preferred Skills
  • Xactimate and XactContents experience
  • Relevant claims adjusting experience and/or construction background
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
