Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Weather Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) team, you will be responsible for handling homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from natural disasters and/or weather-related events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with insureds to explain coverage and estimate damages
  • Help insureds through the claims process while providing remarkable service
  • Work with our team to resolve claims efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
  • Physical agility to allow for walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping, frequent lifting, carrying, unfolding, and climbing a ladder
  • Ability to utilize appropriate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines to traverse roofs at various heights and pitches for inspection of both residential and commercial structures
  • Ability to crawl in tight spaces to gather information needed during the adjustment of a claim

Travel Requirements:

  • Deployable positions with extensive travel throughout the U.S.
